Please note:

You must give 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel OR change your appointment. Bookings can be rescheduled at any time with 24 hours’ working day notice, prior to your appointment.

Cancellations or changes made within a 24-hour period of your appointment will incur a 100% fee of the service booked with no refunds. Please select your appointment carefully.

Important Booking Notice:
If it has been more than six months since your last consultation, please book an Initial Consultation rather than a Follow-Up. This ensures we have adequate time to review your history, update your assessment, and provide the most effective care.
If a Follow-Up is booked after six months, the appointment will automatically be converted to an Initial Consultation without further notice.

Please note:

Please be advised that test results, including blood work, hair mineral analysis, microbiome tests, and other similar results, will not be reviewed during the initial appointment. To discuss these results, we require a minimum of two weeks' notice before your scheduled appointment. An additional fee of $150 per set of test results will be applied to the appointment fee for this service.
